Sex on the Beach

Ingredients:

For this sexy summer cocktail, pour vodka and peach schnapps into a highball glass filled halfway with ice. Add melon liqueur and fill the rest of the glass with orange juice, leaving room for the splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Blue Lagoon

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 5 oz. lemonade
  • Slice of fruit

To achieve this cocktail recipe, fill a highball glass halfway with ice. Add vodka and Curacao, and then fill the rest of the glass with lemonade. Garnish with a slice of fruit, such as a lime or an orange.

Flirtini

Ingredients:

Rum

Malibu Bay Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Malibu rum
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • Lime

This recipe works best with an ice-filled Collins glass. Pour all ingredients over ice and garnish with the wedge of a lime.

Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. light rum
  • 1oz. dark rum
  • 0.5 oz. Triple Sec
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz. orange juice
  • Cherries

Meaning "Out of this world" in Tahitian, the Mai Tai brings the flavors of Hawaii to your party. Pour light rum and Triple Sec into an ice-filled Collins glass, and then add the juices. Pour the dark rum on top but don't stir. Toss in a cherry for garnish.

Lounge Lizard

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 0.5 oz. amaretto
  • Cola

If you're looking for a drink that you'll be able to stomach all night, opt for one with soda. Pour dark rum and amaretto into an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill the rest of the glass with cola and garnish with a lime.

Whiskey

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz whiskey
  • 1.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Cherries

This free cocktail recipe offers a blend of sweet and sour flavors. Pour whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice-filled mixer. Shake and strain into a sour glass. Top with a cherry or two.

  • 2 oz. whiskey
  • Ginger ale

Washington Apple

Often ordered in shot form, make the Washington Apple as a cocktail or martini. Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Gin

Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. gin
  • Half lemon
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Carbonated water

Add ice to your mixer and shake gin with the juice from half of a lemon and powdered sugar. Strain into a highball glass and fill the rest of the glass with carbonated water. Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon.

50/50

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. gin
  • 1.5 oz. dry vermouth

Remember this simple recipe by just remembering its name. Combine equal parts of gin and dry vermouth in a mixer with ice and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

Blood Orange Siren

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. blood orange juice
  • Dash of bitters
  • Orange

A relative of the classic Screwdriver, this cocktail combines gin, blood orange juice and bitters. Stir together gin and blood orange juice before adding bitters. Add an orange wedge for garnish.
